3,000 Years…

Last year’s only LGBT History Month event focused on bisexuality was the “BiCon Taster Day” in Camden, London.

This year it was Manchester’s turn to fly the flag with a two-hour long lecture presentation on bisexuality in history ranging over the last 3,000 or so years. Organised by Emily and Jen from local group BiPhoria, and presented by Alex & Laws, and with venue hire paid for by Manchester LGBT Pride, it drew around forty people – despite being the only LGBT History Month event in the city the local council excluded from their History Month publicity!

Manchester’s bisexual eyes move next to Pride in August.
