BiCon breaks UK records

This year’s BiCon in Nottingham attracted 430 people, making it the biggest UK bi gathering in the 32 years the event has been running.

It fell just a couple of dozen people short of breaking the record held by the Tenth International Conference on Bisexuality in London in 2010.

At the closing plenary four new Cake Awards were presented, and Purple Unicorns given to the people who run the local bisexual groups around the UK that provide bi space during the rest of the year.

We will have the BiCon group photo online tomorrow – tonight, the BCN team needs to sleep the long weekend off, like most people who were there!
