Derby gets its own Bidentity

Bidentity is a new monthly social support group in Derby for people 18+ who self identify under the Bi- umbrella. The group will meet every month on the third Tuesday of the month 6-8pm, and was set up to give bis a safe and welcoming space to meet with other bis. So the next meeting is on September 20th.

The group is facilitated by Derby LGBT centre volunteers but is run by the members. Like most other bi groups around the UK, that means it’s up to those who come along to devise activities such as trips, talks, games nights and workshops.

Local?  To join in all you have to do is turn up on the night. It can be a good idea though if first timers arrive a little early which will give you the opportunity to meet with the group leads, find out a bit more about the group, and get settled in before other people arrive.

See their web page for more information… and if you’re not from Derby check our listings as there are many other groups around the UK just like it.
