Glasgow gets BiTastic!
Saturday week sees BiTastic!, a day-long bi event for bi people in and around Glasgow.
The organisers say, “Join us in our special Bi-Bubble and take part in a wide range of workshops, fun activities, or just enjoy the feel of the space from 10:30 to 17:30.”
There will be a programme of workshop sessions announced shortly.
How do I get there?
BiTastic! will be held in the Drumchapel Community Centre. It’s a one-floor building that was recently refurbished and made fully accessible.
Drumchapel is only an 18 min ride from Glasgow Queen Street or Central, and there will be volunteers wearing purple sashes at Queen Street and Drumchapel stations to meet and greet attendees. There will also be a private-hire bus travelling between Drumchapel station and the BiTastic! venue at the following times:
Morning buses will run between 09:45am-10:45am
Evening buses will run between 05:30pm-06:30pm
Tickets are priced on a sliding scale, from free for those with no income to £15 for the day for the highest earners. The money from ticket sales will help meet the costs of the event.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a packed lunch with them.
